About

Toschi was founded in 1945 near Vignola, in the province of Modena, when brothers Giancarlo and Lanfranco Toschi began preserving local cherries in spirit. Its best-known product, Amarena Toschi, is a pitted cherry candied in syrup that also features in its gelato range. Since 1959 the company has produced at Savignano sul Panaro, and today it offers more than 400 fruit and spirits products for bars, restaurants, gelato and pastry shops. For gelato makers the range includes balanced bases, ready-to-use Fast mixes for gelato, cold creams and sorbets, pastes such as 100% pistachio and Tonda Gentile hazelnut, cocoa and coatings, soft Antonelle toppings and variegates, including one made with Amarena Toschi. Sugar-free Zero+ toppings complete the offer.
