Albert is a family-run producer of semi-finished ingredients for gelato shops, pastry shops and Ho.Re.Ca., based in Scandolara di Zero Branco near Treviso and founded by Mario Libralato. Its best-known line, Tuttafrutta, is a purée made only of fresh fruit, with no preservatives, flavourings or added sugar, packed aseptically and stored at room temperature. The Tuttacrema pastes cover classics such as hazelnut, pistachio, gianduja and zabaglione, alongside balanced bases, ready liquid mixes, Prontofrutta, variegates, toppings and a vegan wellness line. Albert was the first company in its sector to gain UNI EN ISO 9001 certification in 1996 and has held BIOS organic certification since 2014. The plant runs on solar energy and offers private-label packs.
