Use this form to exercise your rights over the personal data we hold about you. You can also simply email privacy@icecream-pro.com if you prefer. Either way we answer within 30 days, and it costs you nothing.

Use the address connected to your account, listing or newsletter subscription. It is how we identify your data and how we reply.

We use the details in this form only to identify you and handle this request, and we keep a record of it so we can show the request was answered. See our Privacy Policy.

What each request means

• Access - we send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction - we fix anything inaccurate. If you manage a listing, you can edit most of this yourself from your dashboard, which is faster.
• Deletion - we remove your data. Deleting a listing removes its profile, photos, videos, reviews and statistics. We may keep payment records where accounting law requires it.
• Portability - we send the data you gave us in a machine-readable file you can take elsewhere.
• Objection or restriction - you can object to a use we base on legitimate interests, or ask us to pause a use while something is disputed.
• Newsletter - the fastest route is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we sent you, but this form works too.

How we verify it is you

We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before handing over or deleting data, usually by checking that you control the email address on the account. We ask for as little as possible to do this, and we do not ask for identity documents for ordinary requests.

If you are not satisfied

Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Portugal that is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

California residents

The rights above are available to you as well, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California privacy law.
