Gioice is a family business led by the Giori family that produces semi-finished ingredients for gelato and pastry shops at its own plant in Volano, in the Adige valley of Trentino. The catalogue covers powdered milk and fruit bases, neutrals and improvers, soft-serve and ready mixes, milk-cream and fruit pastes, variegates and cremini, sorbets, toppings, decorations, dense liqueurs, soaking syrups and granita syrups, plus a dedicated HORECA line. Raw materials are selected by origin, including Piemonte hazelnuts, Bronte pistachios, Dutch cocoa and Bourbon vanilla. An in-house technical team works directly with gelato makers to solve production problems and suggest new ways to prepare and present gelato.
