Nutman Group produces ingredients and decorations for gelaterie and pastry shops from Canelli, in Piedmont, Italy. Its history begins in 1948 with the Pernigotti brothers' amaretti and torrone business; in the 1970s the company moved into hazelnut-based semi-finished products for gelato under the Nutman name. Today the range covers milk bases, fruit pastes, variegati, neutrals, chocolate coatings and crunchy decorations, including seasonal concepts such as Dubai-style and wafer variegati. Flavours are made on in-house production lines for customers in Italy and export markets. Its Gelato in Progress school trains customers and their staff, pairing the ingredient range with hands-on technical training.
