Città del Gelato supplies ingredients for traditional Italian gelato from Noci, near Bari in Puglia, and has worked alongside artisan gelato makers since 2012. The range spans balanced cream and fruit bases, neutrals, classic and fruit pastes, coarsely refined pestos, flavourings, coatings, variegates, toppings, mirror glazes, crunchy grains and crumbles, plus ketogenic, wellness, dessert and granita lines. Its premium Eccellenze Contadine line is made from DOP, IGP and Slow Food Presidia raw materials grown by more than 50 Italian partner farms and carries the FDAI supply-chain seal. Pastes ship in cans and powder bases in laminated bags that cut plastic use by 80%, and the Gelaterie Eccellenti programme trains partner shops.
