Dreidoppel develops and produces flavours and ingredients for bakeries, confectioneries, artisan ice cream makers and the food industry. Peter Dreidoppel founded the company in Düsseldorf in 1899, and it has been based in Langenfeld since 1961. Part of the IREKS Group, it supplies customers in 50 countries. For ice cream parlours, the Gelatop range includes bases for dairy and fruit ice cream, around 50 ice cream pastes, liquid and powdered flavours, Pronto mixes prepared with water or milk, marmorias, soft-serve products, topping sauces and decorations. The Dreidoppel and Pastarom brands serve bakery and pastry work, and SprayDREI covers spray-dried flavours. Its well-known products include the Citroperl flavour and Vanille 263.
