Caruso Frutta Secca supplies dried fruit, 100% nut pastes and granella to gelaterie, pastry labs and the wider confectionery industry. Alessandro Caruso began working with Sicilian dried fruit in 1990 and founded the company in Spilimbergo (Pordenone) in 2014. The catalogue covers almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios (including Bronte DOP), pure pastes without sugar or additives in 1 kg, 3 kg and 20 kg formats, plus calibrated granella and nut flours for decoration and fillings. Each lot is traced with technical sheets and analysis. Selection is done at origin with controlled storage to keep aroma and colour consistent for professional users across Europe.
