Orsa Drinks (ODK) produces fruit purées, cocktail syrups and drink mixes for bartenders and gelato makers. Founded in 1992 in Marene, Piedmont, where its headquarters remain, the company started with powdered hot chocolate and frappé mixes. It expanded into cocktail syrups and fruit purées after the cocktail boom in the United States in the 1990s, and continuous R&D through the 2000s widened the catalogue further. The ODK Fruity Mix line and Sweet&Sour references supply fruit bases, toppings and drink-inspired flavours to bars and gelaterie in Italy and abroad. Its bar-industry background brings cocktail-style flavours into the gelato display.
