Forma Trading supplies cocoa powders, shelled nuts, dairy ingredients, coffee and premixes to food manufacturers and gelato professionals. The Milan-area company spun out of Forma Srl in 2013 after decades as that group's trading arm and now also produces ingredients with its LiCap technology. Exclusive Italian agency lines from German raw-material producers sit alongside its own powders. Gelato makers use the cocoa, nut and premix ranges as industrial-grade bases. Its headquarters and offices are in Cernusco sul Naviglio, east of Milan.
