Menz & Gasser produces jams, marmalades and fruit preparations for retail, HoReCa, pastry and food-industry customers. Founded in 1935, the third-generation family company is headquartered in Novaledo, near Trento, Italy, with a second plant in Sanguinetto (Verona) and a facility in Kuala Lumpur. It supplies customers in more than 60 countries. The range includes semi-finished fruit products and portion packs for hotels and pastry labs, as well as fruit preparations suited to gelato toppings, and private-label production is available. Recent plant expansions and circular-economy projects have accompanied its growth, combining family ownership with production in both Europe and Asia.
