Ice Wer supplies decorations and creative products for gelato shops, pastry shops, cafés and Ho.Re.Ca. from Cordignano, near Treviso. Brothers Walter and Roberto Cereser started in 1976 distributing flour and bakery specialities, then launched the La Magia dei Decori and Krokkali lines in the early 1980s. At the end of that decade they founded Ice Wer as a company dedicated to decoration and design for gelato and pastry. Today the range includes decorations, the PCB-Creation collection, silicone moulds, crumbles and seasonal themes for Halloween and other occasions. A network of 130 distributors serves customers across Italy, and the Accademia del Buono course room and showroom hosts training for professionals.
