Frotz produces frozen fruit purées and IQF (individually quick-frozen) fruit for gelato makers and pastry professionals. The brand belongs to Arotz Foods, whose plant in Navaleno, in the Spanish province of Soria, crushes, sieves and deep-freezes the fruit without heat treatment, so colour and flavour stay close to fresh fruit. The range covers citrus, forest fruits and tropical fruits, along with coulis and sugar-free lines. Production is IFS certified, and the purées are packed in recyclable cartons. Because the purées are ready to use, gelato makers can work with the same fruit all year. Frotz supplies the Spanish market and export customers.
