Orma produces biscuits, sweets and semi-finished pastry goods at its plant in Contrada Serrauccelli, Modica, Sicily. Its range includes butter shortcrust tart shells, barchette and mignon cases that gelato and pastry shops fill for plated desserts and gelato concepts, alongside other semi-finished bakery lines. Products are made to traditional recipes, and production is certified to ISO, IFS and BRC food-safety standards. Orma supplies retailers and professional buyers in Italy and exports to markets in northern Europe and Asia. Its ready-baked shells let gelaterie offer filled tarts and mini desserts without running their own pastry production.
