Dulcistar is a Milan family business that has made semi-finished products for pastry shops, gelato makers and the confectionery industry since 1960. It grew from a small confectionery workshop opened in the 1950s by Bartolomeo and Milena Coppola, and the next generation, led by Antonella Coppola and Giacomo Beretta, took it abroad. The catalogue has more than 200 products: pure chocolate and chocolate coatings, anhydrous and water-based creams, glazes and jams, jellies, sugar products and gelato and semifreddo preparations, including a sugar-free chocolate line. Production follows IFS standards with kosher and halal lines, uses Italian raw materials and ships to more than 30 countries. Recipes, quantities and packaging can be customised for distributors and private-label projects.
