Antonino Caudullo is a family business in Bronte, Sicily, that has processed and traded nuts since 1949, with a focus on the Bronte PDO green pistachio grown on the slopes of Etna. It is run today by Nunzio and Alberto, sons of the founder, and farms some of its own orchards while buying from selected local growers. The Bronte plant handles shelling, peeling, optical sorting and packing. Pistachios are sold shelled, peeled, chopped, as flour and as pure paste for gelato, refined to 20 microns or left at 50 microns, alongside almonds and hazelnuts. Products come in 25 kg sacks, 10 kg cartons and 1 to 5 kg vacuum packs for professional users in Italy and abroad.
