Naonix was founded in Pordenone in 2012 by a team of specialists in software, business organisation, weighing systems and digital technology for pastry and gelato shops. Its main product is Calybra, a scale designed for artisan gelato and pastry laboratories, with integrated software that stores and manages recipes. It handles traceability automatically, prints labels compliant with EU Regulation 1169/2011, and manages production, purchasing, sales and stock. Calybra Box is the central unit that connects all devices and syncs data in real time to CalybraCloud. The range also includes Calybra Label printers and Calybra Bakery for bread distribution. Naonix sells its products and provides support through a network of resellers worldwide.
