Techfrost has designed and built blast chillers and shock freezers in Italy since 1995. Its equipment is used by gelato makers, pastry chefs, restaurants and caterers. The range includes the Zenith, Master, Entry Eco and Entry lines, from compact 3-tray models to roll-in units that take up to six trolleys, with capacity of up to 240 trays in GN and 600x400 or 600x800 formats. The company also makes storage cabinets and proofing cabinets. It is based in Tezze sul Brenta, near Vicenza, and all products are made in Italy. A network of more than 100 distributors supplies customers worldwide.
