About

Coldline builds blast chillers, refrigerated cabinets, counters and retarder-provers for restaurants, pastry labs, bakeries, pizzerias and gelato shops. The company has designed cold technology since 1995 from Torreglia near Padua and ships to more than sixty countries under the Nice Kitchen group. Gelato professionals use Coldline cabinets and multifunction Vision units to store mix, harden product and control proofing alongside pastry work. Shared Cosmo, Balance and Qadra modules link equipment, energy and kitchen management. A published weekday front-office schedule supports Italian customers on product choice and after-sales service.
