Dalmec designs and manufactures professional refrigeration equipment in Italy for HoReCa and the food industry. It started as a division of Dal Santo Industries, which has more than forty years of experience in precision stainless-steel work, and it keeps the whole production cycle in its own plants. The modular catalogue offers more than 700 product variants, sold in over 50 countries. For gelato shops, Dalmec supplies blast chillers, multifunction blast chillers and refrigerated cabinets. The GOLD 700 L Gelato Maxi holds 54 tubs and the GOLD 900 L holds 60. The GOLD, PLUS, Heteryum and Roll-in lines use R290, R452a or R455a refrigerants. Proofing cabinets serve bakeries and pastry shops.
