Progelcone is a Portuguese manufacturer and distributor serving gelaterie, cafés, pastry shops and foodservice. Founded in 1983 as a maker of wafer cones for ice cream, it still produces its own cones and food-grade plastics. Alongside these, it distributes European and Asian branded ingredients, packaging and equipment. The company is headquartered in Abóboda, São Domingos de Rana, and runs warehouses in Abóboda, Sintra, Maia and Albufeira, plus Alicante in Spain. This network across Portugal and Spain lets gelato businesses source cones, packaging, ingredients and equipment from one Iberian partner that also manufactures its own core products.
