Stenger Waffeln makes ice cream cones, wafer cups, baskets and caramel wafers for gelato shops, foodservice and retail. The family company has baked wafers since 1928 and is now in its third generation, with headquarters in Mayen and a certified plant in Gerwisch near Magdeburg. The gelateria range includes classic cones as well as gluten-free and organic options. Separate assortments serve hotels, restaurants, catering and retail. The group also produces in the Czech Republic through Stenger Czech.
