Fapec Frija bakes gelato cones and wafers for artisan gelato makers and distributors across Italy. Founded in 1913 by Fritz Jaspert, the company produces at its plant in Copparo, in the province of Ferrara, and is now led by his grandson Ulf, who keeps the original formula. The range includes classic rolled cones, sugar cones, organic and vegan lines, wafer cups, biscuits for gelato and cone holders. Many recipes are free of palm oil, lactose, GMOs, additives and preservatives, and gluten-free options are also available. More than a century of baking to the founder's recipe makes Fapec Frija one of Italy's longest-running cone makers.
