About

SIGEP World is an international trade show for the foodservice industry, held every January at Rimini Expo Centre in Italy and organised by Italian Exhibition Group (IEG). For the gelato trade it is one of the key dates of the year: machine makers, ingredient producers, packaging and display suppliers exhibit side by side, and buyers travel from all over the world to see new products and equipment.

Beyond gelato, the show covers pastry, chocolate, coffee, bakery and pizza, with a full programme of live demonstrations, competitions and talks. The 2026 edition hosted the Gelato World Cup.

The 2027 show is the 48th edition and runs from 23 to 27 January, open daily from 10:00 to 18:00. Entry is for trade professionals only; visitor registration opens on the official website.
