HostMilano is Fiera Milano's international exhibition for hospitality and professional foodservice, held every two years at the Fiera Milano exhibition centre in Rho, outside Milan. The 45th edition runs 22–26 October 2027. Its sectors cover foodservice equipment; bakery, pizza and pasta; coffee and tea; bar, coffee machines and vending; gelato; pastry; and furniture. The gelato area gathers semi-finished products, batch freezers, pasteurisers, ripeners, specialist machines and refrigerated display cabinets. The pastry area covers raw materials, ovens, blast chillers and live demonstrations. The 2027 edition puts particular weight on gelato, pastry, bakery and coffee, and by March 2026 more than 1,000 exhibitors had already confirmed.
