Mister Bubble Waffle supplies bubble waffle kits, plates and mixes that let gelaterie, cafés and street-food venues add Hong Kong-style bubble waffles to their menu. Founded by Matteo Predieri and based in Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna), Italy, the brand has developed its offer since 2018 with an Italian recipe approach. Ready kits pair digital or mechanical waffle plates with exclusive mixes, so shops can start production quickly. Flavours have grown from classic vanilla to chocolate-heart and savoury versions, with gluten-free and lactose-free options and a vegan line in development. The concept has been exhibited at SIGEP since 2022 and is designed as an add-on product for gelato shops.
