Bravo Spa. is an Italian manufacturer of professional machines for artisan gelato, pastry, chocolate and Ho.Re.Ca., based in Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza). The company presents itself as a leader since 1967 and as Made in Italy.

Founded by Genesio Bravo, the firm’s history is tied to the Trittico concept: from 1974, a patented multifunction machine that pasteurizes and batch-freezes in one footprint (under about one square metre), later expanded into a broader gelato, pastry and catering laboratory platform with successive generations and Duo Series technology.
