About

Eurovanille is a French vanilla specialist founded in 1990 by Laurent Bourgois and joined by Marie-Christine Chevalier. It sources vanilla from growers in Madagascar, Tahiti, Uganda and other origins, and processes it at Gouy-Saint-André in the Hauts-de-France region, where it built its first plant in 1999 and a second in 2022. The range covers premium vanilla pods, vanilla pastes, natural extracts and flavourings, powders, seeds and infusions, plus tailor-made solutions developed by its R&D team. In-house processes include extraction, grinding, sieving and microbial reduction of the powders. Customers include chefs, pastry makers and other artisans, food manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers in France and abroad, and the company holds an EcoVadis Gold sustainability rating.
