Crystal manufactures plug-in commercial coolers and freezers at Nea Santa, on the Thessaloniki–Kilkis road in northern Greece. For ice cream sellers the range includes scoop cabinets such as Athena, Elegante, Gelatti, Optimus and Venus Vitrine, an ice cream cart, and display freezers with curved, straight or hinged glass lids, alongside vertical display freezers, island and chest freezers. The company has used hydrocarbon refrigerants since late 2008 and runs an integrated management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Its 70,000 m² site includes 12,700 m² of facilities and more than 90 employees, producing over 70 products sold in more than 50 countries, with spare parts and service instructions.
