Pavoni Italia runs two divisions: Industrial, which makes polyethylene and polypropylene containers, and Food Equipment, which makes tools for pastry, chocolate, gelato and catering. The company has four decades of experience, a 20,500-square-metre facility, more than 7,000 products and 20,000 customers worldwide. For gelato makers it offers moulds for ice cream on sticks, ice lollies and gelato tubs, sold in ready kits such as Malibù, Maracaibo and Honolulu, along with gelato accessories. The Food Equipment range, developed with top pastry professionals, also includes silicone and Fiberform moulds, chocolate and jelly depositors, tart rings, whisks and spatulas, colours and ingredients. Pavoni Italia holds UNI EN ISO 9001 certification.
