Frigogelo designs and builds complete artisan gelato shops, covering premises analysis, architectural layout, custom furniture, machines, installation and after-sales service. Its clients are gelato entrepreneurs as well as bars, patisseries and coffee shops adding a gelato corner, in Italy and abroad. Furniture is made to measure in its own workshop, where each shop is fully assembled so the client can inspect it before it is dismantled and reinstalled on site. Production equipment comes from its Icetech brand: batch freezers, pasteurisers, soft-serve and yogurt machines, pastry cookers and gelato display cabinets. Founded in 1983 by Marcello Misurini and still run by the Misurini family, Frigogelo is based in Azzano San Paolo, near Bergamo.
