Cube builds compact batch freezers for artisan gelato, sorbet and granita by hand in Montebello della Battaglia, in Lombardy's Oltrepò Pavese, backed by 30 years in gelato machinery. The patented cube-shaped design comes in two sizes: Cube 750, a 30 cm unit weighing 16 kg, and Cube 1.5, a 35 cm, 440 W model that turns out up to 3 kg of gelato, sorbet or granita per hour for restaurants and caterers. Both run on a built-in compressor for continuous use, with polished and satin stainless steel bodies and dashers and a low-speed gearmotor that keeps overrun low. Custom colours are available, and machines ship in recyclable packaging with an ozone-friendly refrigerant.
