Alcas supplies disposable packaging and accessories for artisan gelato shops, pastry kitchens and cafés. The range covers gelato and yogurt cups, spoons and spatulas, glasses and lids, gelato pans for display cabinets, takeaway containers, ice bags and thermal boxes, plus pastry trays, dessert cups, single-portion and finger-food containers and cake boxes. Paper-based PAP cups, trays, straws and spoons, a compostable Bio line and the new Tetrit jar widen the choice, and cups and spoons can be custom printed with a shop's own branding. Alcas has its registered office in Florence and its offices and logistics centre in Montelupo Fiorentino. A separate Alcas USA operation serves North America.
